Advocate, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie – Skłodowska University in Lublin and postgraduate studies in European Integration organized by the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw and Ecole ationale d’Administration in Paris.

She has over 21 years of experience in public procurement, including as an advisor on public procurement and other procurement procedures, Vice President and Director of the Control Department of the Public Procurement Office.

She has led procurement projects as an expert for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Procurement trainer, speaker at many conferences (including international ones), academic lecturer on procurement at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and at the Faculty of Law at SWPS University.

Author of numerous publications on public procurement.

She received the LUX CLARA IN CONTRACTIS PUBLICIS award from the President of the Public Procurement Office for her special contribution to the development of the public procurement system.

Attorney-at-Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin.

She has over 24 years of experience in public procurement, including as an legal advisor on public procurement and other procurement procedures and as an advisor in Public Procurement Office. She has also experience as the employee of contracting authorities.

Auditor of public procurement procedures in the projects co-financed by the European Union (in the area of Infrastructure and Environment).

Procurement trainer, academic lecturer on procurement at the Wszechnica Polska University.

Author of numerous publications on public procurement.

Attorney-at-Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also studied under the Erasmus programme at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rostock in Germany.

She has over 14 years of experience in public procurement, including as an legal advisor on public procurement and other procurement procedures. She also was the Head of Section in the Legal Department of the Public Procurement Office.

A very experienced procurement trainer (also within the training programmes run by the Public Procurement Office), speaker at many conferences, academic lecturer on procurement at the University of Warsaw, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the School of Banking, the SWPS University.

Author of numerous publications on public procurement.

She has more than 16 years of experience in procurement procedures and corporate legal services, including as an legal advisor on public procurement and as the employee of contracting authorities.

Extensively experienced in litigation and in negotiating contracts in both domestic and international business.

Attorney-at-Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and PhD studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

She has over 20 years of experience in the area of public procurement: a former longstanding member of the National Chamber of Appeal and Head of Section in Public Procurement Office. She has also experience as the employee of contracting authority.
