We prepare our training courses taking into account the individual needs of the Client, after analyzing its training needs. Most often, each training module begins with a presentation of the legal regulations in a given area. Then, the meeting turns into a discussion and workshop: we present practical aspects of the subject, good and bad practices and the case law. Participants are actively involved in the training through questions addressed to them.

At the Client’s request, the training takes the form of explanation of problematic legal issues
received from the Client and a debate in this regard.
